Therapy
Registered Physical Therapists, Registered Occupational Therapists and Registered Speech Therapists, along with Certified Physical and Occupational Therapy Assistants, make up the core of our rehabilitation team. The therapy team begins with basic self-care and moves toward successful integration into the resident's home environment. The program begins with an assessment of the resident's physical abilities as well as their dreams to achieve peak performance in daily living. By participating in therapy, residents will be able to take more control over their health to regain an active, healthy, and independent lifestyle.
Short-term Rehabilitation
Our rehab houses are designed for individuals who have been discharged from the hospital, but require additional skilled nursing or rehabilitation before they can safely return home. Residents feel a great sense of accomplishment as their physical condition improves and they regain their independence. The physical and emotional well-being of our residents is the most important aspect of our care at Nottingham Health & Rehabilitation.

Under the direction of the Medical Director, the nursing staff provides a wide variety of care to residents needing skilled nursing interventions. Our nursing staff is comprised of RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and CMAs. Each of our houses have an RN or LPN on staff twenty-four hours a day, 7 days a week.
We utilize the latest in technology including medical records technologies that keep all records safe and secure on our computer system. Our safe and efficient guidelines and systems ensure your care is the highest quality possible. Our nursing staff truly cares about you on an individual basis. We strive to exceed the expectation of all our residents.
From the moment you arrive we want you to know that we are here to provide the best care to you. Our person centered care philosophy provides you the opportunity to make the decisions in directing your own care. Our direct care staff works together with you to establish your schedule and care plan.
Care plans are designed in communication with the family and include all disciplines of provided care. We connect you with our residents on an individual basis. It's about more than just your health and rehabilitation. Your life, interests, and family are equally important to us because that is what is important to you.

Private rooms are available for rehab patients. Each room has its own bathroom fully equipped with vanity sink, toilet, and large walk-in shower. Some rooms feature a small kitchenette. The rooms have individual thermostats for heating and cooling. Satellite TV and internet access are standard for all rooms.
Semi-private and private rooms are available for our long term care residents.
The rooms are spacious with nine-foot ceilings and large windows. Bring your own furniture or use ours - we want you to be comfortable during your stay.

The facility features four resident houses, each with 18-20 beds. The houses are separated yet connected so that staff can easily move throughout the building. Coming to visit? No need to walk long distances from the parking lot or through a large building. Park right in front of the house where your loved one is residing and come inside to visit.

Each house has an open kitchen that features family-style dining. Our houses have a dedicated chef and all three made from srcatch meals are prepared by our tenured culinary staff. Also featured is the "Always Available" Menu. Family members or friends have the opportunity to purchase a meal ticket and are welcome to join us in the dining room
