Activities - Provide a program of on-going activities designed to meet, in accordance with comprehensive individual assessments, the interests and the physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of each resident. 

Administration - Direct the day-to-day operations of Nottingham, in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern long-term care facilities to assure that the highest degree of quality care can be provided to our residents at all times.

Dietary – Supports the Dietitian in planning, organizing, and developing the overall operation of Nottingham’s Food Services Program to assure that quality nutritional services are provided on a daily basis. 

Environmental Service - Plan, organize, develop, and direct the housekeeping and laundry services of Nottingham to assure that our facility is maintained in a sanitary, clean, safe, and comfortable manner.  In addition, to ensure that an adequate supply of linens is maintained at all times to meet the needs of the residents. 

Maintenance - Manage and maintain capital improvements of the physical plant as guided by ownership, regulated by federal, state, and local regulations, to ensure that residents of Nottingham enjoy a safe and comfortable environment.

Nursing - Manage the day-to-day care of Nottingham residents, in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards and regulations that govern long-term care facilities as directed by the Medical Director and Administrator to see that the residents of Nottingham are constantly provided with the highest of quality care at all times. 

Social Services - Assess, support and ensure that the medically related emotional, psychological, and social needs of the residents of Nottingham are met and maintained on an on-going, individual basis.  This department will also be responsible for providing direction and support with regards to discharge planning for short - term residents visiting Nottingham during a rehabilitation stay. 

Therapy - Plan, organize, and develop Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy treatment plans from individual assessments to ensure that the residents of Nottingham will be able to derive the most utility from life by functioning at their highest level of function.
